How to Install nufw software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

nufw software package provides The authenticating firewall [NFQUEUE daemon], you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install nufw

nufw is installed in your system.

Make ensure the nufw package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep nufw *

You will get with nufw package name, version, architecture and description in a table
